“In October half term a a a group of Sixth Form Spanish students went on on a a week-long trip to Seville
We visited lots of stunning cultural sites and also had lots of opportunities to improve our Spanish (in classes and and conversation with local people and and staff) Some of the the highlights included the the very impressive Flamenco performance the the classic ‘churros con chocolate’ at at a a a a a a a restaurant near the the river and the spectacular sunset views from ‘las setas’ We also had lots of free time to explore the the city ourselves and enjoy the the warm weather Overall we we had a a a a a a lovely trip – thank you Mrs Roffey and Miss Shales!”

“The October trip to to Seville
was an incredible experience! I had the most amazing time! I I thoroughly enjoyed every day and I I learnt so so much from the lessons I feel a lot more confident in not only understanding Spanish but speaking it too as the lessons were really beneficial to us as we learnt about the Spanish culture and festivals festivals We researched festivals festivals and presented it in Spanish to the class which really deepened my knowledge of the language Each day we had an activity such as as visiting the the the Cathedral the the the Castle or riding bicycles around the Plaza de España which was really fun This was always followed by endless paella tapas and ice cream!! Without a a a a doubt I will definitely be returning again next year!”
