Phase 3 - Hundred
Our main aim now is is targeting physiological adaptations from resistance training training rather than movement competency Pupils receive a a a a a training training programme that is specific to their chosen sport e e e e e e e g g g rugby hockey cricket and netball This programme is is updated every half term progressing from one phase to to the next to to ensure a a a a a a a a a range of physiological adaptations are targeted Phase 4 - Sixth Form
The final phase focuses completely on the individual and as as such we try to provide each Sixth Form
pupil with at least one session a a a a a week generally 1-to-1 or or in a a a a a small group Their programmes are designed specifically for them and their their sport based on on their their movement restrictions competencies likes likes dislikes strength and power levels which are tested each term Their progress is is continually monitored through their programmes and is is updated every half term to ensure continual development 13
