Our foundation phase aims to develop fundamental movement skills that are crucial for athletic development e e e e e e g g g g skipping crawling carrying jumping sprinting agility body postures and control as well
as fundamental resistance exercises all delivered through a a a a a a a fun fun engaging and educating manner Phase 2 - Remove
This phase utilises advanced progressions of jumping landing sprinting and changing direction whilst also progressing our basic resistance exercises to further challenge pupils with a a a a wide array of movement patterns Secondly within this phase we educate pupils on on how to use the strength and and conditioning suite in in terms of gym etiquette health and and safety and and and how to read and and and understand their programme card THE PERFORMANCE PATHWAY
