                                                                 Example
   What we need to know
Pupil is collected or returned by parent, guardian or responsible adult nominated by the parent
The name of the person, their relationship to the pupil and estimated time of collection or drop-off. If this is someone not already listed on the drop-down menu on i_GTM we need contact details and ID on collection.
Pupil is travelling to UK home unaccompanied
Details of each stage of the journey. For example, this may include:
» Booking onto a GT Matrix school coach.
» Walking to or from Great Malvern station and a train journey.
» A taxi journey.
Pupil is travelling out of or back into the UK unaccompanied
Details of each stage of their journey. For example, this may include:
» Flight number or equivalent
» Whether you give permission for your child to walk to and from the terminal unaccompanied or you want a driver or Airport Guardian to accompany them,
» Booking into a GT Matrix school coach.
» Booking a taxi.
» Taking a train.
Our advice remains that pupils in the Lower School (FY, Remove and Hundred) should not travel unaccompanied on public transport. For all pupils use of the school coach is the most environmentally friendly and safest option.
The coach timetable and contact details for GT Matrix are on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact them directly
in the event of any difficulty.
