on the best interests of your child’s health and wellbeing, taking into account both the clinical situation and NHS guidelines. Requests for specific treatments, investigations, or hospital appointments will not always be possible through the Malvern College Medical Centre if they fall outside UK National Health Service provision. We ask that parents communicate respectfully with our medical team, so that we can ensure that your child receives safe, appropriate, and timely care during their time at the school.

Return2Play
All pupils are automatically enrolled to a specialist head injury and concussion care service called Return2Play which provides 7 day-a-week unlimited access to a team of experienced expert clinicians. This means that every pupil
with suspected concussion receives prompt attention and guidance throughout their recovery journey. Return2Play’s online injury management system allows schools to document injuries, automatically communicate to parents and coaches, and track a pupil’s recovery. There is no need for parents to register; an account is set up automatically using the email address that the school holds for you. You are able to login using your email address as your username. To access your account, please use the following steps:
» Go to: www.return2play.org.uk
» Select ‘login
» From the login page, select ‘forgot password’ and enter your email address (case sensitive).
» You will receive a temporary password which can then be used to login. You will be asked to set a new password of your choosing during this process.
