To make no accident environment and make working area healthy to improve work quality and reduce
chances for damages of property & personal.

Inspection of PPEs.
Notify and rectify the unsafe act and unsafe working area.
Monitoring for housekeeping & material stacking in safe condition on regular basis.

Invest in innovation
Empower workers to speak up
Create a culture of safety

4. Is training an important tool for safety, how?
Yes, training is important to boost up/awareness for workers/supervisors/ engineers and all stack holders
related to site.

I will feel proud and try to improve myself to make more safety environment at working site.

6. Why reporting & investigating incidences important?
To avoid the accident in future with the same cause and making a safe site.

7. How work permit system ensures safe operation?
Permit issuer is used to check the condition of site with a approved checklists protocol therefore it ensures
safe operation.

8. Why employee welfare is important for any organisation?
To develop Personality of employee to make a better workforce.

9. How to you find the support by MPW in executing the work in safe way?
MPW-Safety policy is good and effective for the healthy work site.

10. Any suggestion for improving safety in the site?
Safety awareness and motivation program is already organising by Safety department which can be
increase.
