Dear MPW-IND Team,

We are happy to reach you out with the first Quarterly HSE magazine 曙光 (Sho-Kou) for the Q3 of 2021-2022.
Meaning of Sho-Kou;
・At dawn, the sunlight shining into the eastern sky.
・Bright signs that have begun to appear ahead of things. It is sign of starting to see the solution.
It is right time to start Sho-Kou an quarterly HSE magazine, as we have started working with full force after the
pandemic put us much restriction for many months. With this we shall stop Kicho (Monthly HSE Magazine).
As we start the routine needs to relook and ensure the correct safety systems is in place, even small lapses can lead to
major impact to the workers and the organisation. All workers are trained and have required awareness. Training is
an important tool for safety, effective training by using required tools and supports by qualified personnel are key for
effective training. Cover as much as possible workers frequently in the Tool box talks and in organised training.
We shall formally kick off the ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Environmental, Occupations Health & Safety
management system implementation in this month.

As we shall be celebrating 51 National safety Day/Week from March 4 to March 11 , we shall request all your active
participation for the successful and meaningful celebration to create a grate awareness among all employees.
