          1.  Overview of the


          Management Trainee Program



          Management Trainee Programs: usually organized by big corporations like Unilever, Suntory PepsiCo,
          and Nestle, recruiting talented people to train under structured programs, with the intention that one
          day, they will be the organization's manager.

          “Trainees” are trained to be “Managers” ⇒ “Management Trainee”




































          What are the minimum requirements to apply?

              Senior or Fresh graduate, or graduated from 1-2 years (Bachelor or Master degree)
              Good English proficiency
              Often, the GPA required is 7.0, 7.5, or 8.0/10
              Less than 2-3 years of experience
              Able to work full-time in at least 4 to 6 months (depending on the program’s requirement)
              Departments:  Marketing,  Sales,  Human  Resources,  Supply  Chain,  Manufacturing  (Operations),
              Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Quality Assurance, E-Commerce, etc.
