                                            RESIDENTS will be able to log onto the website and have the ability to:



                                            ▪   View their real‐time account balance and A/R history
                                            ▪   Receive emails for payment confirmation, late payment
                                                notifications, documents added to the system, and much more
                                            ▪   Setup and maintain ACH payments information
                                            ▪   Maintain contact and billing addresses
                                            ▪   View and respond to compliance issues pertaining to their accounts
                                                online, eliminating the need for, and delay of a paper response
                                            ▪   View architectural issues relating to their account
                                            ▪   View event calendars and receive email announcements from their
                                                community managers



                                            BOARD MEMBERS in addition to the above, Board of Directors
                                            members will be recognized and granted additional access rights to:



                                            ▪   Generate real‐time financial reports selected from a library of
                                                hundreds of pre‐configured templates
                                            ▪   Generate compliance logs for their communities
                                            ▪   Manage architectural requests within their communities
                                            ▪   Manage check approval online using encrypted digital signatures
                                            ▪   Real‐time work order access
                                            ▪   Manage event calendars and communication with community
                                                residents
                                            ▪   Customize surveys allowing residents to vote on any issues or
                                                elections
