Accounts Payable Manager

Michelle Coates is the Accounts Payable Manager at Tradd Management, where she
oversees the accounts payable processes and vendor management. Before joining
Tradd Management, Michelle Coates accumulated over a decade of experience in
the corporate world, specializing in accounts payable and receivables within the
healthcare and insurance industries. Originally from Mechanicsville, Maryland,
Michelle has made Myrtle Beach her home since 2009. Outside of her professional
responsibilities, she is an active member of Beach Church and dedicates her time as a committed
volunteer with the ARC of Coastal Carolina non-profit organization.

Mara Love, CCIM, CPM
Senior Asset Manager

Mara Love serves as a Senior Asset Manager for Tradd Management. She specializes
in developing and executing portfolio investment strategies. Her responsibilities
include comprehensive financial modeling & analysis, capital allocation planning,
performance benchmarking, reporting & presentations, and overseeing day-to-day
property operations. She coordinates activity of the property management team,
brokerage team, and project management team to ensure alignment with
investment goals.

Mara holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation. She holds a South Carolina Broker License and serves as the Broker-in-
Charge for North Carolina.

Stephanie Graham, MBA
Accounts Receivable Manager

Stephanie Graham serves as Accounts Receivable Manager for Tradd Management in
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She oversees accounts receivables for the financing
department and property policies and regulation enforcement.

Originally from Lake City, SC, Stephanie has resided in Myrtle Beach since 2010. She
holds an MBA Degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. Prior to joining Tradd Management, Stephanie
spent 8 years working in the banking sector of Myrtle Beach.
