               Performance Spotlight


               Office – Medical:
                     Represented new ownership and handled the modern design renovation of the 30,000 square
                       foot South Strand Medical Office Building located on the South Strand Medical Campus. Also
                       restructured CAM and are currently handling leasing and management.

               Industrial:
                     Completed build to suit assignments for numerous industrial facilities to include S & D Coffee,
                       Tidewater Equipment Company and Cummins Atlantic. Handled all aspects of the process to
                       include lease negotiations, feasibility analysis, budgeting, contractor agreements, construction
                       oversight, and development responsibilities.

               Retail:
                     Implemented a revitalization project for the Galleria Shopping Center, a large grocery anchored
                       shopping center, to include parking lot, façade enhancements, landscaping, lighting, and signage
                       consistency. Leases with anchor tenants were extended, a fuel station was constructed, and
                       added 7 in‐line tenants resulting in one of the area’s highest occupancy rates among grocery
                       anchored centers.
