e. Apabila terjadi beberapa hal berikut, segera lakukan perbaikan.
1) General Failure
Kondisi ini terjadi saat sistem tidak dapat mengirimkan paket ping
karena suatu masalah berupa adanya blocking yang dilakukan
oleh firewall atau antivirus, atau kabel jaringan tidak terhubung
ke komputer/laptop.
Tindakan yang perlu dilakukan adalah mematikan firewall
dan antivirus, kemudian memeriksa kabel jaringan dan slot LAN
komputer/laptop kalian. Periksa juga sambungan kabel yang berada
pada hub/switch, apakah lampu indikator LED sudah menyala.
