My Bre, My Big Sis, My Mentor, My Confidant,
You have touch my life in so many ways. Our long talks and
lunch dates really helped me through some rough times. You
helped groom me into the woman I am today. You taught
me patience, to have an open mind, to accept people for who
they are and never let anyone change your heart. I’m so
grateful to have been blessed with the best loving, caring
supportive sister/friend in the world. Me, DeJa Boo, Laijah
Boo and the rest of the Byrd family are going to truly miss
your beautiful spirit warming up the place at our family
events. Rest My Beautiful Angel. Love & Miss You
Your Pretty Lorikeet/ Byrd - Aquesha Byrd
How do I describe Sabrina when my supervisor asked me what
kind of a tech I would need for my office (like a secretary.) What I
asked for was an older cranky sassy black woman. Because I felt
that would be the only person that was going to get along with me.
Little did I know that I was to meet one of my best friends. From
the first moment we became friends. To tell you the truth. I don't
know how I ever got along without her. From the moment she
stepped through that door. She took care of everything. She always
did more than what was necessary. I didn't have to worry. She answered the phone professionally.
She was very good at her job, and she was great with making people feel at ease. The Little stories
she told made me laugh. We went to the river. It was fun pushing her around in a wheelchair. I've
taken gone with her to Vegas casinos, swimming in their pools, playing the slots, Rolling stone
concert, dancing living. When there were layoffs, she was still a friend we went to barbecues at her
house spent just hang for the day. She came up to my house too. We had a couple parties with
friends we lived. We may not have talked a lot after I retired. I got married and moved to another
state. When we did talk it would be for hours. Even though we lived far apart, I think we were
closer than we knew. Sabrina I am truly missing you. Miss "J". - Cyndi Julian
My friend Sabrina Markos to know her you will never forget her. That
big beautiful bright smile. Sabrina and I volunteered together at the
Pepperdine grandparent program, and USC kinder 2 college. Sabrina
was very well loved from both programs as well as the children. She will
truly be missed that beautiful bright smile and Shining now in heaven.
I will miss you, my friend. As she would call me baby girl.
