Using Simple Past Tense
Why must Simple Past Tense? Kenapa harus Simple Past Tense? Because the
events being told are events that happened in the past, so we have to use a tense that serves
to express events that happened in the past, that is Simple Past Tense.
“Recount Text ini menceritakan kejadian dimasa lampau sehingga recount text
harus menggunakan tense yang berfungsi untuk mengungkapkan kejadian di masa
lampau yakni Simple Past Tense”.
