MARCH AT A GLANCE
MARCH
4 Saturday
Meet local author Jamie Ruthenberg “Miles and the Wren House Toad” 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
It is finally spring! Miles is walking in the cool morning breeze when he sees something in the wren house, and it isn’t a wren. It isn’t even a bird! It’s a toad! This is a tender story of empathy, thinking before acting, peaceful conflict resolution, and forgiveness, as Miles’ thoughtful acts of kindness change a challenging circumstance into a heartwarming conclusion. Books will be available for purchase and signing after the reading.
