Michiganders are well known for their love of outdoor recreation, even in the frigid winters. We will feature sledding, camping demos, ice fishing and snowshoeing demos. After you’ve had your share of winter sports, come join us by the bonfire for some hot cocoa for our first 50 guests.

Michigan’s 180th birthday
It’s human nature to look forward to our birthdays, regardless of age. Come celebrate the coolest birthday around – Michigan’s 180th birthday! We will feature a Michigan themed scavenger hunt with tasty prizes!

Snowshoeing Try-It! 1:30 p.m.
Winter blahs have you down? Get out and play with the OAC program staff on our BRAND-NEW SNOWSHOES! We’ll help you find the right fit and teach you the basics, then as a group we’ll journey across the wintry Milliken State Park.
Class is weather dependent.
Please come prepared for an hour of outdoor activity.
Participants must register upon entrance to the Outdoor Adventure Center FEE: Free with price of admission
