                       The  above  show  the  four  quadrants  of  what  social  scientists  and  linguists  describe  as

               Communication Competence that quantifies the ability to understand and use words effectively to


               communication in an authentic social sphere that is described here as a Metasphere setting that is

               hosted as a Community Conversation meeting.  You ought to be able to dialogue in a dialogue.



                       Attending  participants  must  understand  and  be  able  to  have  linguistic  ability  entailing

               understanding/using vocabulary and syntax.  They need to be able to use strategic techniques of


               expression to overcome gaps. Also, a socio-linguistic awareness of social rules and non-verbal

               cues to participate effectively in discourse.
