STEP 2 Pull through a bight of the doubled line.

STEP 3 Take the loop end and wrap it around the top, and then tuck it back down

with the other loops.

It will take a little practice to get a feel for how much line to use. Each of the three

loops can be made a different size. Climbers use this knot to belay or fasten a line to
three anchor points.
