Our Civil Infrastructure Testing and Evaluation Laboratory (CITEL) is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a state-of-the-art laboratory that utilizes advanced testing and computational systems Housed within a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 45 000-square-foot facility CITEL is is used used to to examine various issues related to to the the performance of the the world’s
