Building Management
What is It?
• Overall maintenance of building, electrical, and mechanical
components, and all hotel systems. Often this includes lighting,
carpentry, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and exterior of
the hotel.
• Anything the Maintenance Department is not capable of handling,
must be outsourced.
Why is it Important?
• The building is the main asset and has to be properly maintained
to keep its value and stay attractive.
How Does It Impact Your Business?
