Preventative Maintenance

What is It?

• Regular scheduled maintenance of all hotels systems and
equipment.

• This would include routine maintenance of guest rooms and
bathrooms, electrical and lighting, heating, and cooling systems,

and public area space.

Why is it Important?

• In order to avoid costly repairs, it is important to ensure there is a

tracking system in place for scheduling of all preventative
maintenance.

How Does It Impact Your Business?

• Higher level of guest satisfaction and lower repair and
replacement cost of equipment and systems.
