We are pleased to present the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square ownership with our
company’s portfolio of New York projects, along with a more in-depth insight into who we are, our
services, and core team members.
Our presence and past performance in New York reaches back to our beginning. HR Construction began
in 2002, and The Carlyle hotel was amongst our first NY property renovations. Over 18 years later, our
work at The Carlyle continues with over $51 million in luxurious renovations in the past two years. But
our New York experience doesn’t end there. Below is a list of current projects we are actively working
on in New York:
Ongoing and current projects in New York City:
• Parker New York hotel – 589 Rooms, valued at $31 million
• Parker New York condos – 100+ condominiums, valued at $40 million
• Carlyle Hotel – complete renovation of 191 luxury guestrooms and lobby, valued at $51 million
• One Broadway – 12-story interior renovation of office space for tenant build-out, valued at
$22.5 million
New York is also home to over 28 completed projects that range from hotel conversions to major
upgrades. We are happy to provide you this list when requested. We have nine (9) team members who
live in New York, including our Co-Founder and member of our Senior Leadership Team, Larry Rich. Four
(4) of our project managers and superintendents also commute weekly to and from New York.
New York is one of our largest construction areas. Our strong work ethic gives us the confidence to
