CANVA
Canva is an online design program that provides various tools such as
presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics,
infographics. In addition, there are also editing tools for photos, including
photo editors, photo filters, photo frames, stickers, icons and design grids.
The use of Canva dynamic software makes the learning and teaching
process more interactive and participatory (Butler, 2008).
Canva can help with design without needing to install the app. In
Canva's tools there are also many designs and animations that can be
easily edited in them without the need to design them from scratch.
Canva's website is specially designed for graphic design, it's quite easy to
learn for beginners because of its drag and drop feature that can help you
create any design quickly. The use of Canva as a graphic design medium is
able to provide convenience in its use, increase creativity and produce
graphic design content with new innovations.
The uses of Canva are:
1. Create PowerPoint-like presentations
2. Create Instagram content for feeds, Stories, and Ads with animated
or static options
3. Designing posts, covers, Ads, event covers, Facebook videos, and
Facebook stories
4. Edit videos for various social media platforms, such as Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
5. Designing posters, flyers, brochures, advertisements, postcards,
business cards, newsletters, and invoices for business needs and as
digital marketing tools
