Patient Teacher is an health information resource owned by Manchester Health Care and Training
Limited. UK. In the UAE, Its English version is designed and published by Asian Lite FTZ.

We envision widespread healthcare improvement throughout the Gulf and Asia by means of improving
the availability of independent, evidence -based, and peer-reviewed patient education resources.Our
missions is to educate and empower patients and their carers in the Gulf and Asia and encourage
individuals to take greater control about their own health, by providing free information created by specialists
in relevant fields. We collaborate with healthcare professionals and organisations in the region to facilitate
their e orts to deliver exceptional and superior patient care, and also work with social organisations to
educate the public on common health issues.It is our aim to ensure that any information we supply is
peer-reviewed by local healthcare professionals, to ensure it is applicable to local populations. Our
resources are initially in English, then translated into local Gulf and Asian languages, and they’re
completely free to patients.

At The Patient Teacher, we are proud to have built up an extensive network of highly skilled and experienced
doctors, who are making it possible for us to improve access to appropriate information. We hope to
continue to expand our network in the future.
