A message from your Association President

Dear Residents,
Each month I usually write
something that is either about the
projects we are undertaking in the
Cascades or the ones that have been
completed. This month I need to
address something more serious.
I believe most residents love living in the Cascades. I
know this from the feedback we receive, whether good or
bad, that it’s always for the betterment of the Association.
So many residents participate in numerous clubs and
committees, as well as attend our events. Residents sit
by the pool and at the Tiki Bar and socialize with their
neighbors as well as participate in sports, play cards or do
other fun activities. This is one of the best parts of living
in the Cascades.
As President, I spend a considerable amount of time in
the office where I can observe residents interacting with
our management team. Recently, a very dark incident
took place in our community. Although exceedingly few,
when a resident is cruel or downright nasty with the staff,
