Living Wall

The living wall project at 351 Marin Boulevard
in Jersey City is comprised of four living walls
that are spread throughout the building.
The plants for the living walls were grown for
roughly eight weeks before they were ready
for installation. 351 Marin is a brand new,
modern apartment building located across
the Hudson River from Manhattan.

To blend with the building’s sleek aesthetics,
the living walls were designed using a variety
of low light tropical plants that provided
different textures and pops of colors.

To make sure the plants would thrive in their
new home, a light analysis was conducted
during the design stage. After the wall was
completed, the customer incorporated a
neon light into the design. A total of four
living walls were installed on this site.
