Collaboration with a global real estate services
company, to ignite their best in class Manhattan
properties with a seasonal celebration that
was experiential and timeless, delivered a
signature holiday installation that resonated
around the world. Taking inspiration from
winter’s abundance of ice-reflected light,
we orchestrated the client’s culture-forward
vision into a seasonal symphony celebrating
their properties’ exceptional fusion of design,
nature and architecture. Themes inspired
by fire, earth, metal, water, and wood were
developed to harness the elements’ properties
and associated colors to create engaging
environments and seasonal experiences for
the client’s retailers, employees, and urban,
creative class communities.

Above: A 20’ tree in an “Emerald Ice” theme fuses sage and
teal tones to compliment the location’s iconic sanctuary
of palms, while bubble glass pendants and frosted glass
spheres resonate the site’s warmth of light. Particular atten-
tion to composition precision was required at all heights and
site lines to deliver an experience of elevated curation while
riding the escalator, which like the theme, is exclusive to the
location’s neo Zen sanctuary.

Left: A “Fire and Ice” themed tree, receiving accolade
as one of NYC’s best 10 Christmas trees, serves as a
monumental attractor for visitors especially when being
viewed from outdoors. The fire elements’ dynamic powers
of transformation and stimulation are broadcasted by the
lava toned glass ornaments, beaconing visitors to explore the
site’s seasonal celebration.
