Special Event and Holiday

The Soda Fountain is a retro-styled diner and
candy shop that has a destination reputation.
Diners would drive in distances just to visit
the diner, post that they were there on social
media, etc. They specialize in creative shakes
that are oozing with cotton candy, candy sticks,
cupcakes, and more.
The client asked for holiday decorations
that would reflect the fun and throwback
atmosphere of the shop. The challenge was to
capture a retro, opulent décor that could hold
its own and stand out among all the existing
eye candy. It needed to be over the top like the
extreme milkshakes that are their specialty.

The showpiece was a 12’ white tree with a
cool color spectrum of LEDs fading from blue
to purple, to pink to green, giving the tree
movement. Loaded with gingerbread houses,
giant candy ornaments, gnomes, stockings, and
polka-dot ribbons all in fun colors it was certainly Special Event and Holiday
eye-catching. In front of the packed tree, we
used a glittered white sleigh which, of course, is 2022
pulled by Santa hat-wearing flamingos. All this Platinum
mayhem resulted in a humorous and whimsical
