Father: (sigh) People are so irresponsible. They think this is not their property

so they can spoil it. Nobody does it to their own belongings.

Conductor: (shouting from behind) A group of youngsters did it. Sit down. Most
of the seats are like that.

After they reach their destination, Ritvik and his father get down from the bus.
They lose the way to Ritvik’s uncle’s house as the signboards are broken. They

finally manage to find the street where Ritvik’s uncle lives. Ritvik observes the
walls in the street. They are full of graffiti. A huge garbage dump only enhances

the ugliness of the street. Ritvik and his father cover their noses to avoid the smell
emitting from the garbage.

Ritvik: (making a face) Uggh! What a smell! I won’t come here again.

Father: (trying to calm him down) Relax, Ritvik. Don’t say that in front of

your uncle.

Father rings the doorbell. Ritvik’s uncle opens the door. He is delighted to see both
of them.
