But as he was in a hurry, his work was not good. He hurriedly finished getting
ready and got into his mother’s car, to be dropped, yet again.

Saurabh reached school later than usual.

Saurabh: May I come in, ma’am?

Facilitator: (in a stern tone) You are late again, Saurabh.

Saurabh: (pleadingly) Please ma’am. I am sorry. Give me one last chance.

Facilitator: Okay, come in, but you will not be allowed to go for your music class.

Saurabh was disappointed as the audition for the school band was taking place
today. He didn’t want to miss the opportunity.
After the second period, he ran towards the music room like lightning. Some

children were playing the musical instruments inside. He saw the music teacher,
Ms Sudha, coming towards the room.

Ms Sudha: Yes, Saurabh?

Saurabh: Ma’am, I have come for the audition.

Ms Sudha: I am sorry, Saurabh. You are late as usual. The band has been selected.
