Community Transformation
Social Workers’ Offices
& Learning Center
The Social Workers and Psychologist’s Offices in Upper Cambio
Puente were initiated just a few short months ago and has
had a tremendous impact on the community and our ability to
support faith-based international development. Learning Center
It provides an environment where our ACAF Team can hold Social Offices
difficult conversations in private. This allows our trained
professionals the space to do their work.
In addition, through the professionalism our team has shown and the space allowed, we have
entered into an alliance with the local university Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP).
This has brought 9 university volunteers and 2 interns onto the team. So we have a total 13
professionals on site! Having young, well-trained Peruvians assisting in the work in Upper
Cambio Puente has multiplied our work and increased services to the most vulnerable.
