                                     Update on The Cove




      Located off Stacey Road, the private, gated  enclave has 8 lots, 4 of
      which have been sold.  Access to the Intracoastal Waterway is
      provided via the community dock (with assigned boat slips).

















    Each buildable lot is 60' in width and approximately 160' in depth. The buildable footprint varies from
    50' x 65' to 50' x 80'. All the lots will be in Flood Zone X.

    The sale of the lot will also include a boat slip in the adjacent deep water canal. The depth of the water
    at low tide varies from 2' 5" at slip 1 to 10' 10" at slip 8. Each slip has been built for easy installation of
