The scope of responsibility of change management is all changes across the entire IT service management lifecycle. This includes changes at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels of IT. It covers any changes to baseline assets, whether the changes represent significant impact (new systems) or normal day-to-day operations (maintenance of current systems).
