ARTICLE XXI
LAUNDRY DRYING AREA
Removable “umbrella” type clothes dryers may be used for drying laundry outside and
in the rear yard of the residence, only during the drying period and when clothes being
dried cannot be seen from the roadways. Said umbrella clothes dryers shall be removed
and stored out of view immediately after use. The hanging of garments, rugs, bedding
or other items from trees, windows, balconies, pool enclosures, or other structures
outside the building for drying or airing, is prohibited.
