ARTICLE XXIII
VIOLATIONS
Violation or breach of any condition, restriction or covenant herein contained, by any
person or concern claiming under the Association, or by virtue or any judicial
proceeding, shall give the Association or the Board of Directors acting in its stead, in
addition to all other remedies, the right to take legal action on behalf of the Association,
in order to compel compliance with the terms of said conditions, restrictions and
covenants and to prevent the violation or breach of any of them.
In addition to the foregoing, the Board shall have the right, wherever there shall exist a
violation of these restrictions, to enter upon the property where such violation of said
restrictions exist and summarily abate or remove the same at the expense of the
applicant, purchaser, optioned or lessee, and such entry or abatement or removal shall
not be deemed a trespass. The expense of these remedies shall be borne by the
property owner(s) in violation and shall include reasonable legal fees associated with
such enforcement, in addition to any other expenses that might be incurred.
