ARTICLE XXIV
ENFORCEMENT OF RESTRICTIONS
Failure of the Association or the Board of Directors acting therefore, to enforce any
article or these restrictions, covenants, conditions, obligations, rights or powers herein
contained, however long continued, shall in no event be deemed a waiver of the right to
enforce thereafter these articles of restrictions, covenants, conditions, obligations, rights
or powers as to the same violation or as to a breach or violation occurring prior to or
subsequent thereto.
