ARTICLE XXV
AMENDMENT
The Association, as Grantor, reserves the right to hereafter, from time to time, amend,
modify, add to or delete from any part or all of this Declaration of Restrictions with the
advice and consent of a majority of the property owners in good standing, present and
voting or voting by absentee ballot at an annual meeting. or a properly noticed special
meeting called for the purpose. The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Section 23,
Property Owner's Association, Inc., shall apply to any and all such amendments.
