SAUSAGE BALLS
3 C. Bisquick 2 C. shreddedi cheese
1 lb. sausage (or squeeze cheese)
Mix all up real good and form in balls. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
RUSSIAN TEA

2 C. Tang 1 tsp. Ground cloves
1 C. instant tea 1/4 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. sugar
Mix all ingredients. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons (or according to taste) to cup of hot
water.
MUSHROOM CRESCENTS

1 can refrigerator crescent rolls 1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, chopped 1 C. mushrooms, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Saute mushrooms and onions in a small amount of oil until onions are done. Add
cream cheese to pan and stir until well mixed. Add salt. Spread out the four crescent
rectangles and spread mixture onto each. Roll up each crescent and slice in 1 to 1 ½ pieces.
Bake at 375° for about 12 minutes.

1 16-oz. Pkg. Lil’ Smokies sausages 3 T. mustard
1 jar currant jelly
Mix jelly and mustard in saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Add sausages and heat
to boiling
