FRIENDSHIP  TEA


                                               Jean   Young

        1   18-oz.   Jar   orange   flavored          1/2   C.   instant   tea



               instant   breakfast   drink            1   13-oz   pkg.   Apricot   flavored

        1   C.   Sugar                                        gelatin


        1/2   C.   pre-sweetened   lemonade           2   1/4   tsp.   cinnamon


                   mix                                1   tsp.   Ground   cloves




               Combine   and   store   in   airtight   container.   Yield:   50   servings



                                           FRUIT  BALLS

        1   bx.   Vanilla   wafers,   crushed                 1   C.   powdered   sugar



        1   stick   margarine,   softened                     1   C.   coconut

        1/2   C.   frozen   concentrated   orange             1   C.   maraschino   cherries


               juice                                          1   C.   pecans


















               Mix  all  together.  Roll  into  1  big  ball.  Pinch  off  small  pieces  and  roll  into  small  balls.

        Roll   in   sifted   powdered   sugar.


                                        KOOL-AID  PUNCH

        2   pkg.   Kool-Aid                           2   C.   sugar
        1   ginger   ale                              1   lg.   can   pineapple   juice



        2   qt.   water

               Mix   Kool-Aid,   water,   and   sugar.   Add   pineapple   juice.   Before   serving,   add   ginger   ale.



                                              FRUIT  DIP

        1   sm.   pkg.   apricot   Jell-O             1   T.   powdered   sugar


        1   ctn.   sour   cream



               Blend   well.   Use   for   fresh   fruit.

                                     PICKLE  SANDWICHES

        1   8-oz.   pkg.   cream   cheese             1   jar   Claussen   whole   kosher   dill,


        1   tsp.   grated   onion   juice                 drained
        Sm.   amount   mayonnaise                     1   loaf   white   or   light   wheat   bread


















               Combine  first  3  ingredients  together  so  it  will  spread  on  bread.  Trim  ends  of  bread,

















        spread  mixture  on  bread,  place  pickle  in  center  of  bread  and  roll  around  pickle.  Roll  in  wax
        paper   and   refrigerate   overnight.   Slice   when   ready   to   serve.
