LIMELIGHT FUDGE CAKE

Pour 2 cups boiling water over 4 1-ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate and let it
cool to lukewarm. Cream 2 cups sugar and 2/3 cup Crisco and then add 2 eggs and 1
teaspoon vanilla. Blend in chocolate. Sift in 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, 1
teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350°.

5-MINUTE FUDGE

1 1/2 C. chocolate chips 1 tsp. salt
2/3 C. canned milk 1 C. nuts
1 1/2 C. small marshmallows 1 2/3 C. sugar
In saucepan, heat milk, sugar and salt. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring. Add
marshmallows, chips and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt; add nuts. Pour into 9” pan
and cool. Cut into squares.
LEMON PIE

1 12-oz. Ctn. Cool Whip 1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 can condensed milk 2 graham cracker crusts
Blend first 3 ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Chill. Makes 2 pies.
MILLION DOLLAR PIE

1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 C. pecans, chopped
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 lg. ctn. Cool Whip
1/3 C. lemon juice 2 graham cracker crusts
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 crusts. Chill several hours until very
firm.
BANANA NUT BREAD

1/4 C. shortening 2 C. packaged biscuit mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 C. chopped nuts
