A flower's Funeral
Born in an eternal garden
was a flower so gorgeous and hidden
from the threat of those unbidden
By the shine of the sun the flower
would enjoy the bright shower
would fill the shine through all it's vein
but then overshadowed by cruel darkness
of a bee that stung so deep, heartless
into the flower so flawless
and sucked all nectar of sweetness
flumping on petals of softness
And left the flower with pollen on it
Unwilling or you all may say it as fulfilling
was forced to be a mother with choice no other
Gave birth to a flower before it withered
the new born was a bud so small
about this world knew nothing at all
hid it's petals from those heartless
yet could it really be safe from the hideous darkness?
