1 - When you are ready to use it, if you close it by passing the button through the middle of the half
knot, the strap can only be used once: after applying intense traction, it will be almost impossible to
untie it.
However, if you switch from a half knot to a half hitch, just by pulling on one of the two bights of
the half knot, you can pass the button through the eye that was created and then reclose the strap.
Even after intense use, it will always be easy to untie.
