PREFACE

First of all, thanks to God because of the knowledge, the writer can finish this teaching
material appropriately. The writer hopes it can help students to learn and develop English skills.
Then the writer is also much obliged to all the lecturers of the Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan for the
knowledge and guidance, especially to Prof. Desak Parmiti, Mr. Yudha, and Mr. Alexander
because without you this teaching material would never have been possible.

The purpose of this module is to develop students' English skills from the basics. In this
teaching material, it is written how to say the time in two ways, namely by saying the minutes
first then the hour and by saying the hour first then the minutes. This module also provides the
differences between a.m. (ante meridiem) and p.m. (post meridiem).

The writer hopes this teaching material will be useful for all readers, especially for
students to facilitate learning English. As we know, in the 21st century English plays a very
important role in human life. In this case, it is very necessary for students to be able to recognize
and develop student language skills, especially English. On the other hand, English provides a
great opportunity to be able to compete in the world because English is an International
