A. Linguistic Rules
1) The Simple Present Tense
The simple present tense aims to explain how and why something can happen.
2) Passive Voice
passive voice is used to emphasize that a person or object experiences something
3) Connective Words
Connective words are words that connect ideas. In explanation text, connective words
are divided into two, namely as follows.
a) Sequential Connective Words : is a conjuction based on time sequence
b) Cause and Effect Connective Words : is a conjunction that shows cause and effect
4) Technical Terms : meaning is technical terms related to the phenomena being discussed
