automated digital access, enhanced security along with communal amenity spaces. All focused to promote
health, wellness and foster productivity and efficiency throughout your workday.
Post COVID-19 social distancing guidelines are in place throughout all common areas. Additionally, we are
SAFESTAY improving air quality in the building by replacing all HVAC unit system filters more frequently. The HVAC unit
economizers are adjusted to allow more fresh air into the office spaces. Proper disinfecting and cleaning proce-
dures are in place as well.
