SAFESTAY Follow these Four
Broad Real Estate has been working diligently to keep the building clean and safe at all times. Below are
some recommendations we have for you and some of the major steps we have taken to ensure a safe and
comfortable environment for you.
Signage - Please follow all directional signs in the property.
Signage is placed in common areas reminding everyone to keep to social distancing, wear a mask, and to wash
hands often.
Social Distancing - We strongly recommend social distancing during the workday.
Alternating lunchtime and ‘eat at your desk’ policy are some good ideas. Lobby and lounge seating areas are rear-
ranged to comply with social distancing guidelines.
Face Coverings - Please respect our policy of wearing a mask at all times while in common areas.
Following the CDC guidelines for face coverings, we have provided our staff with suitable PPE and have instructed
all our service vendors to come to the building wearing proper PPE. We recommend that our tenants provide their
employees and staff with an adequate number of PPE for the week.
Sanitizing Stations - we recommend using sanitization stations frequently throughout your day.
Sanitization stations are installed by entrances and elevator bays. We strongly recommend placing sanitizing
stations in your work space as well.
