Q2 Question

During a survey meeting Jim mentions that he needs maintenance on

the ramp outside of his home. You should:

• Pause the survey and provide Jim with information on how to get the

ramp fixed

• Tell Jim that is not something you can help with and move on to the

next question

• When the survey concludes, remind Jim that he can talk with his case

manager/care coordinator about getting the ramp fixed
