Do all these things
It is important to get all of the necessary information needed to
share meeting information during Initial Contact (like an email
address).
Surveyors should remind the person of the meeting the day before
or morning of the survey meeting.
If surveyors have contact information, they should also send
meeting invites to proxy respondents, interpreters or others who
will be present for the meeting.
It is also good practice to re-ask Proxy Determination questions at
the start of the survey meeting.
