FRACTIONAL CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER (CLO)

We serve as outsourced general counsel for small and medium sized companies. Your business
becomes our business as we become part of your team. You save the significant overhead
investment of in-house counsel. The hourly rate of our senior counsel is reduced to accommodate
an ongoing relationship. This allows us to regularly analyze and identify potential legal issues
before they develop. We resolve on-going matters. We provide legal advisement based on new
changes in the law and can conduct a legal audit as needed. We become part of your executive
team so you can make decisions faster and better. Whether you must respond to a demand letter,
government administrative response, employee threat, vendor dispute, or other matter, we can
assist. The available options include the following time with our most experienced legal counsel.

MONTHLY MEETING (3 hrs)

WEEKLY (1.5 hrs/week and 6 hrs/month)

OUR GUARANTEE
Sr. Counsel will provide all CLO services. We guarantee that we can show you the difference in your
company within 90 days or you can cancel your monthly package. Please note that although we
must track and monitor our time, we are generous with how we provide you service.
