This includes trademark and copyright registration in the U.S. and abroad, cease and desist letters,
nondisclosure agreements, advertising counsel, and work on trade dress and trade secret.

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

» A preliminary search.
» Professional 50 state search and common law search.
» Registration at the state and federal levels. Additional classes added are paid separately.
» This includes on-going communication and response to the trademark office for one office
action response to the examining attorney.

COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION

» A preliminary search.
» Registration at the federal level. Additional works are added at a price to be determined with
the client.
» This includes on-going communication and responses to the copyright office for the
6-12 month period that your application is processing.
